Asian Poker Tour (APT) sign a new deal with Resort World Manila (RWM). In the new agreement, the RWM will host two APT events each year until 2021.
APT and RWM partnership has entered its tenth year in the Philippines. They have conducted 24 international series and festivals to date. Their notable challenge is the 2013 APT-RWM Iron Man Poker which holds the World Guinness Record as the longest ever continuous running poker tournament. It took forty-eight hours, fifty-five minutes, and fifty-eight second to end.
The 2019 APT Philippines set a new record for its main event. Five hundred and fifteen players contributed a considerable prize pool. The next APT-RWM event will be held on 20th April to 20th May and September 10th to 21st in 2020.
